On June 24, laV welcomed winemaker Benoit Trocard for a special dinner featuring his Clos Dubreuil wines from a grand cru vineyard in the St. Emilion appellation of Bordeaux.
The five-course dinner, prepared by laV’s Executive Chef Allison Jenkins, will be paired with vintages of Clos Dubreuil. The limited production wines are not found on lists, with laV being the only restaurant in Texas to feature the vintages served at the dinner.
laV opened 20 seats for the experience.
